What happens if I miss or cancel a session?
There will be no refund or credits for missed or cancelled sessions that are cancelled with less than 24-hours notice. Cancellations with more than 24-hour notice are able to be used as a credit for a future session. If a package is purchased, missed or cancelled sessions are only able to be applied as a credit.
What is the cost?

What happens if the instructor/service provider cancels a session?
We will do our best to ensure that no sessions or services are cancelled as much as possible! In the event of an instructors illness or inclement weather, we will inform you as soon as possible of the cancellation. A make-up session will be scheduled. If you cannot attend the make-up session, you will be reimbursed for that single session.
What are your qualifications?
For more specific information regarding instructors/service providers qualifications, check out our “Our Team” page. All of our instructors/service providers are qualified, licensed educators who are well-versed in their field with at least three years of experience.
I am not sure if my child would do better in a group or an individual session, what do you recommend?
This depends on a lot of factors! We recommend taking advantage of our free consultation, where you will meet with one of our owners to go over the services you are interested in. Small groups (i.e., tutoring, social skills) are formed with ages and skill sets in mind. If the instructor/service provider feels the grouping is not a good fit for your child, we will communicate that to you right away. We want your child to get the most of their experience!
I am interested in more than one service, can I sign up for more than one?
Definitely! We can be flexible to meet students and families individual needs. Our instructors/service providers will work with you to discuss scheduling and services requested.
Can I pay with insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
